More summer

The horses have been great. We enjoy riding them in the warm weather. Heather and I went on our first ride together for date night last week. Noah is getting good at putting a saddle on and taking care of the horses. The sun has been shining here in anacortes. We spend lots of time at the lake. We got out our kayak, the party barge, and rubber raft. Baer is getting the most out of the warm weather too. He loves splashing in the lake and playing in the grass. He even came on the horse with us. The water is warm and we love cooling off on warm afternoons. The boys have been loving the greens from the garden and the wild berries.
Noah had his first sleepover. He and his friend Zach decided to sleep out in the tent. They gathered everything and helped set up the tent. They played like wiggle worms for about 10 minutes and Zach decided he wanted to sleep in his own bed. Bummer for Noah. He asked if I wanted to sleep out with him, so we had a fun night out in the yard.
