Sailing/BBQ

Yesterday was long and tons of fun. We started with the children's art festival in mtVernon. We made tie dye backpacks, wooden tops, clay sculptures. Watched a cool reptile show with lizards, huge turtles and 10 foot long snakes! We had planned to go sailing with our friends the Conovers, but their naps didn't work out right. The ward pioneer days BBQ was in the evening. The best attended activities are the bbqs at Washington park. We took the boat and sailed around to the party. They are always so much fun. After the bbq, we sailed back to the marina with the Conovers. The weather was perfect. We were out on the boat in shorts and t-shirts. (I have included photographic evidence for the non believers) Lots of fun in the sun!
